Storage - Archiving 13-14 October 2008Two worlds? Storage issues have emerged and become IT managers worry number one. The Swedish storage market is soon worth 4 billion per year. At the same time increases the demand for both private and public sectors to preserve more in increasingly controlled conditions, over longer and longer time. The traditional archive management is expected to act more proactively and to have control of business processes. This meets two worlds, both in their daily lives is preserving information over time. This mini-conference to provide a forum for exchange of experience and knowledge in order to create conditions for an effective and rational digital preservation.
