Overall research aim: To provide models and tools for using and implementing records management standards in different organisational environments.



- Which frameworks and standards exist and which could be used as model in this project?


- What is the current situation in Swedish and international organisations? Which critical questions must be solved? Are there differences between lines of businesses, size of organizations etc?


- How is records management related to other fields of research and other standards? How can that be made visible? Which good examples exist and is there a trend to highlight? What synergies exist?
