Bakgrund

Jag har arbetat vid Mittuniversitetet, i olika befattningar, sedan 2002. Mitt avhandlingsarbete handlar om företagande kvinnor och socialt kapital, och jag disputerade 2015. Tidigare har jag en licentiatexamen i företagsekonomi, inom organisationsteori, samt en magisterexamen i företagsekonomi och en kandidatexamen i sociologi. Dessutom har jag examen från linjen för Personal- och arbetslivsfrågor, där både sociologi och psykologi ingår. För närvarande arbetar jag som lärare i företagsekonomi.

Forskningsområden

Mitt forskningsintresse är brett. Framför allt rör det sig inom entreprenörskapsområdet inklusive kvinnors entreprenörskap, livsstilsentreprenörer, socialt kapital och nätverkande. Jag har även genomfört studier inom småföretagande i gröna näringar, hållbarhet och konsumentbeteende. Dessutom är jag intresserad av organisationsteoretiska frågor, rörande exempelvis temporära organisationer, och småföretagande inom turismsektorn.

Undervisning

Jag undervisar främst på kurser inom organisationsteori/ledarskap och marknadsföring, men jag ansvarar sedan många år även för kursen Personal och ekonomi. Jag undervisar på samtliga nivåer samt handleder uppsatser, gärna inom organisationsteori och entreprenörskap.
