Crisis communication within crisis management
The aim of the project Crisis communication within crisis management is to run a strategic project during the period 2015–2017 in the field of crisis communication connected to crisis management and collaboration, serving as an addition to the Common Guidelines for Crisis Management developed by the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB).
The focus of this strategic project is to advance recommendations and common grounds for crisis communication to be used by authorities, and municipalities responsible for crisis management and collaboration during crises and disasters.
The project outcome will be a book with recommendations on how those in charge of emergency preparedness within authorities, regions and municipalities can work with crisis communication before, during and after a crisis.
