In autumn 2014, we made a pilot study on the development of communicative leadership. It aims to study the effects of training in communication for leaders.
During the period March 2011 - February 2013, the project Communicative leadership was carried out in collaboration with industry. The researchers then analyzed the work of different managers and came up with a new theory of communicative leadership - related to performance, commitment and health.
In this pilot study, we went further and looked at communicative leadership from a different perspective - the effects when leaders receive training in communication. The pilot study is being conducted in partnership with AB Volvo.
