Through the collaboration within the CER and the Master of Science in Business and Economics program at MIUN, SBC welcomed two interns this spring. Agnez Widell and Herman Sällvin are both 2nd year students in marketing and business development.

For five weeks, they have been part of SBC's (Swedish Housing Law Centre) everyday life and we are very pleased with both their commitment and delivery," explains Frida Rodin, office manager at SBC in Sundsvall.
"We have clear ambitions and plans for growth in Västernorrland. In this work, it is crucial to understand the current situation: what works well today, where are the development opportunities and what insights do we need to take with us when we take the next step.

Frida says that this is exactly where Agnez and Herman have come in with full focus. They have helped SBC with a current situation analysis, where they have collected information, structured it and translated it into concrete lessons that will be used in the continued planning.
"One of the biggest benefits of taking on interns is that they come in with new perspectives. Agnez and Herman have contributed with different eyes, asked questions, questioned (in the best way) and discovered things that we have not seen ourselves. It is both valuable and inspiring, and often what is needed when you want to develop.

Frida further explains that it is fun to receive interns, not least because it creates a nice exchange of knowledge in both directions.
"For us, it's about bringing in new ways of thinking, new methods and new energy. For the interns, it is an opportunity to put theory into practice and get a clearer picture of how marketing and business development works in reality. Here, Agnez and Herman have really delivered. They have quickly familiarised themselves with our conditions, worked in a structured way and contributed with insights that are already giving us benefit.
