Bachelor in Business and Economics students Gabriel Borgryd, Jacob Östlund, Filippa Larsson and Alice Högbom are currently conducting a 5-week internship at Azets. As third-year students in accounting and finance, they have had to plan and review companies based on the most essential elements.

During this spring's internship, which was carried out within the framework of the CER network, the students have, among other things, been able to assess the risks of a certain company and determine its materiality figures, says Kristina Wiklander, senior Audit Associate at Azets Audit and Advisory at the office in Sundsvall and one of the students' supervisors.
"Interns come in with energy, curiosity and a willingness to test their theoretical knowledge, which gives us a drive to want to teach and continue to receive students.

She thinks receiving interns is important for several reasons.
"On the one hand, they get the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge in real life, and on the other hand, so they get a realistic picture of how the industry works in reality," says Kristina Wiklander and continues:
"We want the students to feel part of our team and for the internship to be as meaningful as possible. The internship also gives us the opportunity to make contact with potential future employees, which we value highly, as well as the opportunity to showcase our industry and our company.
