Research Forum on Lifelong Organisational Learning
The first research forum of the autumn was devoted to competence enhancement, an issue that in one way or another affects every organisations in the CER network.
The theme was lifelong learning as support for organisational development, and Thursday morning's conversation revolved around strategic development issues and how organisations can strengthen their capabilities in the long term through targeted skills development efforts.
The program featured current research reports alongside practical examples. Marcia Håkansson Lindqvist, Associate Professor of Education and active member of CER, moderated the event. Peter Öhman, CER’s center director, Marie Englund from Härnösand Municipality, and Susanne Olsson from LF Västernorrland also participated.
