Lina Bellman has nailed her dissertation

Lina Bellman, PhD student in business administration at Mid Sweden University, has now nailed her dissertation: "In the mind of the property appraiser: Studies of commercial property valuation".
The dissertation describes and analyzes the Swedish authorized property valuer's perceptions of standards and methods, information gathering and assessments of value-influencing factors linked to the valuation process for commercial properties.
On February 11, Lina Bellman will present her doctoral dissertation "In the mind of the property appraiser: Studies of commercial property valuation". The seminar is given in English.
