This project aims to provide knowledge about communication factors affecting organization and business development; factors that could either facilitate or prevent a sustainable work environment.
The researchers will study communication activities in a workplace and training in communication and their outcomes.
The project is part of the collaboration agreement between Mid Sweden University and Sundsvall Municipality. It is carried out in a project team consisting of researchers and municipality representatives, within the framework of the EU-funded project Sustainable Working Life, currently ongoing in Sundsvall Municipality.
The project is also related to another project, Work Environment Survey for Sustainable Organizing, the aim of which is to develop new knowledge about how processes and structures in organizations affect the use of resources and contribute to the working conditions and work environment of managers and employees.
