A visit to the University of British Columbia bodes well for future partnerships. Read more about their trip to Vancouver here.
"It was a very rewarding visit and we got a lot of inspiration and plans for collaboration with the researchers at UBC in Vancouver," says Magnus Norgren, professor of chemical engineering at Mid Sweden University.
A month ago, the FSCN research group in technical surface and colloid chemistry was in Vancouver to visit the University of British Columbia (UBC) and our guest professor Orlando Rojas. FSCN has been collaborating for some time with UBC's BioProducts Institute, where Orlando Rojas is scientific leader. After a fantastic week of exciting knowledge exchange, the researchers are looking forward to continuing their collaboration.
Our researcher Alireza Eivazi will be traveling to UBC for a one-month exchange in the fall to deepen his research in collaboration with the researchers at the BioProducts Institute. "It means a lot to us to be able to collaborate and exchange knowledge with them," says Magnus Norgren.
Those who visited UBC were Magnus Norgren, Christina Dahlström, Håkan Edlund, Alireza Eivazi, Ida Svanedal, and guest professor Bruno Medronho, at the FSCN research center.
