Cowork4YOUTH
The project is about NEETS (Not in Education, Employment, or Training), and especially young mothers and the long-term unemployed. The overall aim is to provide policy recommendations.
The countries of interest are Greece, Italy, Spain and Ireland, and in particular peripheral regions undergoing structural transformation. The purpose of the project is to review existing policies targeting NEETs, and to analyse and determine the applicability of these policies in the above-mentioned regions. Furthermore, the project will propose adjustments to existing policies and possibly also make suggestions on supplementary policy recommendations.
Kristina Zampoukos, Erik Hansson and Dimitri Ioannides are enrolled as experts, meaning that they will give advice on methods and theoretical approaches. They will also contribute to analyzes, reports and articles, the design of policy recommendations, etc.
The Cowork4YOUTH project is funded by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the EEA and Norway Grants Fund for Youth Employment.
