Total defence and volunteers in the Region Jämtland Härjedalen
The purpose is to look at volunteers for the Total defense concept, especially regarding volunteers and drones.
The end result is to engage more civilian drone operators, with or without their drones, in primarily the Home Guard, but other options will be explored as well.
