Collaboration to promote children's and young people's health, learning and to create sense of security - opportunities and obstacles considering the context of a rural area.
"Health, Learning, and create sense of Security" is a model aiming to offer early and coordinated support to children and their families, in order to reduce more extensive interventions later in life. The purpose of the study is to conduct a process evaluation of the implementation in Sollefteå.
The "Health, Learning, and create sense of Security" model is part of the first line for mental health services, and the goal of the study is to optimize collaboration between key people within the teams and project management for a successful implementation of the model in Sollefteå. The goal is also to generate scientific data that describes obstacles and opportunities to implement collaborative projects in a rural area.
