Fees and charges at the library

Late fees

• Books and media: 10 SEK per book and day.
• Miun staff and ILL libraries do not acquire late fees. 

Fee for damaged or lost material

• The patron, if possible, should replace books and media belonging to Mid Sweden University, as well as interlibrary loans from other libraries, with a new copy. Otherwise, the fee is 600 SEK per book (including administrative fees) or the material's actual price if higher than 600 SEK. Any late fees also apply.
• Locker keys and other lost equipment is charged with the actual cost.

Training courses, workshops, guided visits and search requests

• Study visits and guided visits are free. Contact us if you wish to visit one of our campus libraries.
• Training courses and workshops in information retrieval and reference management and lectures on academic writing can be booked without charge by staff at Miun. Organisations, corporations and others are charged. Contact the library for an estimate.
• Search request are free for staff at miun. Organisations, corporations and others contact the library for an estimate.
