This thesis addressed the most significant health problems in Palestine. In this thesis, war-related injuries and non-communicable diseases (NCDs) were analyzed and described with focus on its burden, incidence and management in the Palestinian health system.
There are substantial gaps in the knowledge base. To begin closing this gap in knowledge, the focus of the current research is to improve the understanding of the burden of NCDs and war-associated injuries, and their management in the health system.
