How do we achive a healthy working life? Are there inequality in work and health? What is fair? Different countries have different systems, based on different cultures and assumptions. Focus in this course is set on three main domains; Workplace Health Promotion, Occupational Health and Safety Management, and Disability Management.

Syllabus

The structure of the teaching

The course is an international 10 week graduate online course. The course is a collaboration between Mid-Sweden University, Mälardalen University and University of Waterloo (Canada). This online course is asynchronous in time due to time differences across the world. No synchronous seminars or lectures are given. However, as a student you will collaborate in group-work with your international peers. The course language is English.

Entry requirements

A Bachelor degree with at least 180 credits, including a degree project of at least 15 credits, or equivalent. Proficiency in English equivalent to English studies at upper secondary school level (high school) in Sweden.
