The Portfolio Control Group
In accordance with Mid Sweden University’s system management model, there is a portfolio management group.
- The Portfolio Control Group consists of all system group owners.
- The chair of the group is the Head of the Division of Infrastructure.
The purpose of the portfolio management group is to create better conditions for a holistic approach and increased transparency. Meetings take place twice a year, according to the established annual wheel. At the meetings, changes in the IT environment are discussed in a dialogue, so that changes in an information system will not affect the other systems.
Responsibilities and tasks:
— Prioritise, plan and inform about portfolio activities
