When Anders Söderholm accepted to become Mid Sweden University's principal, a young business was waiting for him. Now it has matured somewhat, but Anders wants to stick to the young.

After six years as Mid Sweden University's principal, Anders knows exactly what he wants to safeguard: To have the pioneering and new builders spirit even if the university is more established. He wants to paint with great strategic brush strokes and at the same time give freedom in the details to his employees - to keep the new and fresh in the organization.
