Welcome to the higher seminar in Gender Studies at Gaske University/Mid Sweden University
We warmly welcome Riya Raphael, affiliated researcher and teacher based at the School of Social Work, Lund University. Her research combines the fields of global political economy, gender studies and sociological approaches to labour and ecology.
She is particularly interested in studies on work, waste, just transition and critical feminist approaches to political economy. Riya will present her work on postgrowth welfare systems in the Nordic context
We will read the article "Postgrowth welfare systems: a view from the Nordic context". For those who do not have time to read the article, you are of course welcome to the seminar and listen to Riya's presentation of this work.
