I am acting Senior Lecturer in Economics, placed in Östersund.
During this spring, I will teach Economics BA, introductory and intermediate level.
I have a PhD in Economics from Umeå University (1998). My thesis is called "Moving or Staying? Job Mobility as a Sorting Process" and deals with problems of limited information and job mobility in the labour market.
Between 1987 and 2005 I worked in various positions at Umeå University: e.g. lecturer, research assistant, Senior lecturer, researcher, and project coordinator. I worked at the Department of Economics and a few years at the Faculty of Education.
Since 2005, I have mainly worked in various government positions. My main employer has been the Swedish Agency for Growth Policy Analysis in Östersund.
