Special salary supplement for doctoral students
After negotiations (MBL-2001-01-24), the following was decided regarding a special salary supplement for doctoral students (SLT):
that a special salary supplement (SLT), SEK 0 – 3000, is introduced for those with doctoral student employment.
that the criteria that should form the basis for SLT are:
- Particularly qualified duties in the doctoral studentship.
- qualified and relevant professional experience for the research and other duties.
- market sensitivity.
that SLT will be introduced from 2001-01-01 and mainly applies to new recruitments.
that SLT for existing doctoral students is negotiated at the next salary review and applies from 2001-04-01 or on the date determined at the time of the negotiation.
that the parties otherwise refer to ALFA car 2. That is, provisions on how the salary is determined, etc.
that the Head of Division reports the matter to the HR Manager before the final negotiation with the individual doctoral student and before the decision. This is so that Mid Sweden University can coordinate follow-up and get an overview of the overall level of SLT.
that the parties in local salary reviews evaluate and negotiate any changes to, for example, levels and criteria for SLT.
