Register reimbursement for healthcare and medications
Go to the menu option My page and Compensation/Fees to register your case for healthcare and medication reimbursement.
- Select the form Healthcare and Medications MIUN.
- Select the type of compensation in the drop-down list.
- Enter Date and Amount.
If you have more than one receipt, click on New Row and fill in Date and Amount
If you have two doctor appointments on the same day, your expenses must be registered in two separate cases, otherwise you will only receive compensation for one visit. -
Attach the receipt digitally directly into the expense page under Note/Att (Medd/bil). Remember to click "add" after selecting the file to be attached. It is approved with a photo of the receipt.
The receipt for a doctor appointment must state the name and type of visit.
Medication receipts must show the name and whether it is non-subsidised/within the benefit. You can also request a prescription specification from the pharmacy, which you then add as an attachment in your case.
- Click Submit.
Your registration has now been assigned a case number and you can view the case status under My cases.
