Glasses for work

If you have a visual impairment or eye problems when working with a screen, your employer should offer an eye examination and pay for computer glasses.

The employer must pay for the employee's special glasses if the eye examination shows that they are needed and that regular glasses are unsuitable.

According to the current framework agreement, we should primarily use Synsam . If this is not possible, consult the framework agreement to see which opticians are next in line.

Directions

Print the Rekvisition Arbetsglasögon ('Glasses for Work Requisition') form, which can be found in Forms and templates
The requisition must be approved by the department head/supervisor
Book an appointment with the closest Synsam; bring the requisition with you and give it to them when you visit.
