What is the IA system?
The IA system is an online incident reporting system that supports systematic health and safety management and improvement work. IA is used to report occupational injuries, incidents and accidents, as well as in risk management, health and safety inspections, analyses and action plans. Systematic health and safety management always involves reporting, documenting, acting on and following up on risks, incidents and accidents. By using the IA system, we are able to better ensure quality in the way we handle reports and implement measures.
IA has been developed by AFA Insurance and is continually improved in collaboration with its users.
How do I use IA?
You can submit an incident report via an app in your phone or online. Links are provided below to the accounts used by both staff and students to make reports, as well as manuals and videos on making reports and using IA.
