Take a break!

Is your back stiff? Does your neck hurt? At the home office it´s easy to become sedentary which will most likely cause body pain. Here are some tips on what you can do to prevent the ache.

It really doesn’t need to be that difficult. Just remember to take plenty of small pauses from work during the day. Mid Sweden University have purchased licenses for Pausit, an app that contains multiple exercises that’s easy enough to do during work. Get access to the app by opening Software Center if you have a PC, or Self Service if you have a Mac. Download the application and click the icon that will appear in the lower icon menu on PC, and the highest icon menu on Mac.
