The goal is to determine new salaries on Januari 2022, based on this is the timetable for the year.
Salary setting conversation for all SACO members from RALS 2021
Two stages of salary setting conversation have been completed for SACO members and have been evaluated after each stage. The evaluation has been carried out through a questionnaire to the employees and interviews with the managers.
The evaluations have shown that both managers and employees think that the model for salary setting conversation works well overall and that most employees are aware of the salary criteria. Salary setting conversations as a process have been developed based on the evaluations carried out and the feedback given.
The parties agree that salary setting conversation shall be the salary model applicable to the determination of new salary for all SACO members at Mid Sweden University.
For members of OFR/S,P,O (ST), collective bargaining continues to apply as the sole model of salary setting.
Previous RALS rounds
The contract for 2020 was signed on 2021-02-24 and the new salaries were paid on the salary in March with retroactive effect from 2020-10-01
