The National Bibsam Consortium has negotiated a new three-year agreement with Elsevier. The agreement includes reading rights to just over 2,000 journals in Science Direct and unlimited gold open publishing (OA) in the publisher's hybrid and open journals. The Mid Sweden University Library has joined the agreement, which means that researchers have the opportunity to publish openly in Elsevier's journals at no extra cost to them (starting January 2020) and that we now have access to all articles published since 1995 onwards, including everything that has been published during the period since the last agreement was terminated (July 2018).

More information regarding this and other new agreements will be published in the Staff Portal shortly.
