On September 29, we published schedules for Reading Period 2/course period 3 and 4.

Schema

It is important that you check that your schedule has the right number of passports and that it is on the right course, programme group and location. Also check if any schedule double bookings are working.
Specific requests for dates and times in a schedule cannot always be met in detail as we need to start with scheduling, among other things, size of student groups, campus weeks, need for technology and special rooms.
Any changes:
As a staff member, you can change a course schedule via the entrance row schedule of elements, staff and teaching group, and add or change information to students in the info box for your entire department, e.g. module description, reading instructions or other information that students need to access, in the link box you can add or change a link to the students, it is currently not possible to make any changes to the exam bookings yourself.
As far as possible, please make the changes yourself to which you are eligible, as we receive a lot of changes to the schedule function at short notice and for the students’ best attempts as best it is possible to submit a complete schedule documentation to the deadline so that there are not so many changes during the current reading period.

For other changes/additions, you need to use our change template and send it in a new case to the schedule function, you either create a case in the service portal, under Schedule via the service portal or fill in the change template that you find on the schedule function page and email it to schema@miun.se , check that you send to the correct email address, as we have a new email address for some time back

30 October is the closing date for study period 3/course period 5 and 6
Schedule-free Wednesdays for Reading Period 3/Course Period 5 and 6 are Week 4: January 25 and Week 8: 22 Feb

E-mail:
The schedule function has new E-mail: schema@miun.se
