All meetings are held in Microsoft Teams and you will get a link to the meeting in the confirmation e-mail. Sometimes the confirmation e-mail goes to your e-mail trash can, so check there if it does not show up. You need to be logged into Microsoft 365 to be able to make an appointment through this service.
