Schedules and Room bookings
New conditions in connection with the reorganization at the NMT faculty.
Schedules:
Regarding schedule bookings at NMT and that you teachers can change the schedule yourself, some things will change as we at the Schedule Function have changed the organization from your old one to the new one where you belong from January 1, 2023. It is only when these two is the same as you yourself can change the schedules again. We hope to have changed all schedules before the start of the term on 16 January.
Room bookings:
In connection with the reorganization at NMT, all projects/activities will change their organizational domicile in TimeEdit. This cannot take place until the closing work for 2022 is complete and the update is expected to be completed on January 23. Local bookings for 2023 that take place before the update has taken place are carried out by looking for the right project/activity by the old organizational structure.
