Student/support functions have limited service during the summer

During July and August, response times at our student expeditions may be longer due to holiday periods and lower staffing. The Admissions Unit, Schedule Function, Ladok, Exam Unit, IT-Helpdesk and Service Center also have limited service during the summer.

  • It-Helpdesk: telephone hours are 9-11 and 13-15 between 27 June and 5 August
  • Service Center: the visitor desks will be closed from 27 June to 5 August.
  • The exam function: has a lower staffing between 11 July-12 August, 25-29 July they are completely closed.
  • The admissions unit: has lower staffing between 11 July-12 August, closed 4-5 August.
  • Schedule function: has lower staffing between 11 July-12 August
  • Ladok function: completely unmanned 18 July-29 July
  • Pedagogical development: during the period July 11-29 July has limited the possibility to help and support in matters related to pedagogical development as well as Moodle and MiunPlay during the summer.
  • The study counsellor will have unmanned between 7 July and 8 August
  • The pedagogical support coordinators will have unmanned between 7 July and 11 August.
