Increased security level for login in Ladok
From 1 June 2023, all Ladok users at Mid Sweden University must have a higher level of security, known as "tillitsnivå", on their staff account in order to be able to log into Ladok. To get the right level of security in your account, you need to legitimise yourself with BankID or visit the IT- support.
If you want to validate yourself with your ID at IT-support, you can visit them in the Service Center. They will be there Monday-Thursday between 10 am and 2 pm. Other times you can also visit them in F-building Sundsvall or in G-building in Östersund.
What does that mean to you?
If you do not raise your trust level, you will not be able to log in to Ladok after 1 June 2023, without first legitimising yourself. If you cannot log in to Ladok, you as a teacher or examiner, for example, will not be able to report or certify results.
