Longer processing times in the procurement function
Temporary lower staffing in the procurement function due to leave of absence will lead to longer processing times.
Procurement officer Per Graeve will be on leave from 1 October 2023 to 31 March 2024. The recruitment process to find Per’s replacement is ongoing.
Until another procurement officer is in place, the processing times will be longer than normal. We therefore ask you to contact the procurement department as soon as possible with procurement assignments even if you do not need help until the end of the year or later. This gives us the opportunity to prioritise our work in the best possible way.
