New as a teacher ‑ an introductory course for those who are just starting to teach
The course New as a teacher will get you acquainted with higher education and what the teacher assignment can look like in your and other subjects. You will get help to get started teaching and have the opportunity to build up a network of other participants where you can support each other.
Have you recently started teaching at the university and not yet started taking courses in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education? Then you are welcome to take an introductory course for new teachers given by Educational Development at FUS (Division of Research and Educational Support), starting 19 october. During four meetings you will get acquainted with the principles of teaching in higher education, get tips on course planning, things that are good to know before giving a course, during a course and so on.
