Generally

ChatGPT is an AI-based chatbot and large language model developed by OpenAI. ChatGPT can be used to answer questions, write useful texts in different genres, and converse in a human-like manner in many different languages. However, the veracity of the answers and presented "facts" varies, as ChatGPT is a text-generative tool and not a search engine.

Restrictions

The service is approved for employees but must not contain personal data or sensitive material. It may contain the information required for login. 

Licenses may only be purchased for employees at Mid Sweden University, as the university is not allowed to sign up for subscriptions for individual students.
When your employment at Mid Sweden University ends, your account linked to your MIUN email address with the cloud service provider must be deleted. The user is responsible for the account being deleted.
