When? Tuesday 12/3, 12.15-12.45.

Where? Zoom (link below - visible when you are logged in to miun.se as a member of staff)

What? Sharing experiences and conversations around the use of generative AI in higher education.

From 13 February and four occasions onwards, we welcome you to a conversation starting with where you are in the use of AI in teaching. Examples, experiences and thoughts are welcome during the discussions.

13 February: AI in my preparations for courses and teaching - how can AI contribute?
27 February: AI in learning opportunities - how can we use AI in space?
12 March: AI & students' studies - how can AI support students in reading and assignments?
26 March: AI in examinations - what risks, opportunities and must-haves exist  in the design and implementation of examinations?
Follow the AI in Education channel in the Teacher-to-Teacher team (searchable in Teams, via "Join or create a team ") to get updates and see what happens next. There you can also ask questions and discuss with colleagues. Would you like to tell us about something you've done about AI in education at a future date? Get in touch!

During previous meetings, we have had many interesting conversations at the AI lunch seminars and the following colleagues have participated and talked about their experiences:
Anna Longueville on how she brings generative AI into her work with source criticism and source management,
Stefan Forsström on teaching about AI tools and reflections from the subject of Computer Science and Engineering,
Håkan Gunneriusson on writing memos with AI and
Erik Öberg on the theme "In this course you can use AI as much as you want! Can you really do that on a course at the university?"
Leila Ström on using ChatGPT to support assessment.

Would you like to share your experiences or discuss a specific theme of generative AI in higher education? Contact Pukontakt@miun.se

We would also like to take the opportunity to recommend Mid Sweden University's resource pages on AI.
