SMART partners meets for project updates

Bin Wang presents Office Tracker to the partner companies within the research project SMART.

On Tuesday January 30, it was once again time for partners in the SMART project to meet and get the latest news on the project progress. Research engineer Bin Wang presented his work with Office Tracker, a sensor system that measures different values in the office environment. Office Tracker is developed in cooperation with the real estate companies Castellum and Mitthem.

The reference group also got presentations from two PhD-students.  PhD- Student Cristian Giménez  presented his work with making autonomous electronic wheelchairs together with partner company Permobil. PhD-Student Johannes Lindén presented his work within Big Data and Machine Learning.

The objective with the SMART project is to increase awareness and knowledge within smart systems and services so that companies in our region can benefit from this new market. Read more at www.miun.se/smart
