Increased security requirements for logging into Ladok

Thu 25 Apr 2024 16:50

Are you a student with a Swedish social security number and have trouble accessing your study services in LADOK? Then you need to raise the level of security in your student account. The easiest way to get the right level is to legitimise you with BankID. Read how you do it.

Note that this only applies to you who have a Swedish social security number. If you do not have a Swedish social security number, you will be able to log in without raising the security level of your account.

If you want to identify yourself with your ID at IT support, you can visit them in the Service Center. They are always there Monday-Thursday from 10 am to 2 pm. Valid ID documents are, for example, passports, Swedish ID cards or driving licenses (not digital).

If you choose to authenticate with BankID, you must click on the link "authenticate with BankID".

Authenticate with BankID

What does this mean for you?

If you do not raise your trust level, you will not be able to log into Ladok after December 4, 2023, without first authenticating yourself. If you cannot log in to Ladok, you will not be able to access your results, register for courses or register for an exam, for example.

Read more about the changes – Increase your security level to access Ladok.
