Application process
Applications for Erasmus+ Traineeship scholarship are accepted on an ongoing basis. Scholarships are granted as long as the criteria is met and there are funds left. Submit the application as soon as you have secured a placement and it has been approved by your department. Please note that grants cannot be awarded afterwards or if the traineeship has already started. Submit your application in advance, ideally at least 4 weeks before the start of your traineeship.
You apply by filling in both of the documents below, scan and send both to the International Relations Office and name the email "Application Erasmus + grant for traineeship"
* Learning Agreement for Traineeships
This is the contract between the student, the host organisation and Mid Sweden University. This document needs to be filled in by the student, the course/programme coordinator at the department at Miun the contact person at the traineeship placement. Note that if you apply for an internship within the framework of a /degree project / essay, then the signature concerning "Responsible person at the Sending Institution" must be your essay supervisor at Mid Sweden University. Fill in the first 2 pages of the document, down to and including the three signatures. Please fill the form on your computer directly into the Word document.
* Grant Agreement for Erasmus + traineeship
This document is filled in by the student and signed by both student and the contact person at Mid Sweden University e.g. course or programme coordinator at the department. Fill in page 1, the the signatures on page 5.
The application needs to include both the signed Learning Agreement and Grant Agreement to be considered complete. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
