Introduction to module
Grammar is essentially a description of the system on which a language is built. Most of us possess this knowledge for our native tongue; we may not be aware of grammatical terminology but we can instinctively “hear” when something sounds wrong. Grammar is thus not a matter of learning “boring” rules and terms but the exploration of the very kernel of a language – its system.
