Engelsk lingvistik GR (C), Engelska språket C

The course begins on January 19, 2026. It consists of two five-week modules, C-Linguistic Theory and C-Linguistic Methodology, and a ten-week module when you will write your independent project in linguistics or didactics. The first module will be C-Linguistic Theory. The coursebook required is:

Finegan, Edward. 2014. Language: Its structure and use. (7th edition) Wadsworth Publishing Company.

 

Schedule

Four weeks before the start of the course, when you have created you MiunID (student account), you will see your schedule.
Please note that the schedule is updated until the start of the course and there may be changes thereafter if something unforeseen occurs.

Then you will receive the schedule closer to the start of the course from your teacher or course coordinator.

Education information

The course will be held through our learning platform, Canvas. All course information and deadlines are available there. There is only one obligatory online meeting, for your opposition seminar at the very end of the course. This will be held in Zoom. However, optional meetings online may be offered.
