CER receives financial support from Nordea's Norrland Foundation

The feasibility study will focus on AI as a tool for developing digital banking services and strengthening employees' roles in connection with this. This includes giving employees, in staff categories who are at risk of becoming redundant, the opportunity to engage in other value-creating activities in customer service instead of things that AI-generated services can handle better. The feasibility study will be led by Senior Lecturer Mustafa Nourallah.

Our ambition is that the current feasibility study will benefit Nordea and the bank's operations in the region, but also be the starting point for an upcoming, larger project," comments CER's Centre Director Peter Öhman.
