CER welcomes the Swedish Housing Rights Centre (Sveriges Bostadsrätts Centrum)

As the country's leading property manager for tenant-owner associations, the Swedish Housing Rights Centre (Sveriges BostadsrättsCentrum - SBC) is a welcome addition to the CER network from 2026.
With over 100 years of experience, SBC offers comprehensive services in finance, technology, legal and project management. SBC supports 4,600 associations around Sweden and is thus an active voice in the tenant-owned housing industry. The office in Sundsvall has over 100 employees, many with a focus on financial management and advice. SBC will be a member of the CER network's working group on competence enhancement issues.
