From the editorial director of the International Journal of Quality and Service Sciences came the announcement that the article "Barriers to bank customers' intention to fully adopt digital payment methods" has been downloaded the second most times of all the journal's articles in the past five years. The article, written by the then CER trio Irina Dimitrova, Peter Öhman and Darush Yazdanfar, was published in 2022.

Another announcement announced that the study "Financial robo-advisors: A comprehensive review and future directions" was listed as the most downloaded article for two e-journals for a few summer weeks. Behind the study are Mustafa Nourallah and Peter Öhman at CER, as well as Thomas Walther at Utrecht University School of Economics (U.S.E.) in the Netherlands and Duc Khuong Nguyen, who works at the De Vinci Research Center in France and Vietnam National University.
