CER and SEB extend cooperation
SEB has signed an agreement to continue the collaboration in the CER network for another three years.
The Bank's employees are looking forward to expanded exchanges of knowledge, various forms of activities and many new meetings with the economists of the future.
"We are very pleased with the collaboration and it therefore feels natural to be part of the CER network. Through the network, we can exchange experiences with other companies and organizations, contribute to regional development and at the same time take part in current research and new trends in our areas," says Magnus Modin, Head of Customer Center Individual, Pension and Insurance.
The collaboration also includes the opportunity to follow the next generation of economists closely by offering internship weeks, but also through guest lectures, seminars and other activities at CER. As a potential employer, it is inspiring for SEB to see how well prepared students are for a working life that places increasing demands on analytical skills, change skills and understanding of a rapidly changing world. The economists of the future will have an important role in understanding and managing the changes that await, both in the business community and in society at large.
