AI and recovery research forum
The first research forum of the autumn was devoted to a sustainable working life, an issue that all companies and organisations in the CER network have to relate to.
The forum began with Anders Nilsson from the company Zmartrest AB telling how artificial intelligence (AI) could contribute to a more sustainable working life and how AI-based tools could support employees in creating a better balance between load, focus and recovery. Around 25 participants were present and they were invited to a reflection and discussion.
If there is interest in the CER network, the ambition is to go ahead and apply for funding for a research project – Sustainable Labour in Västernorrland – with the aim of following working groups for six months and, with the help of AI-based tools and follow-up efforts, strengthening employee well-being and contributing to more sustainable workplaces.
