AI and recovery in focus at CER Research Forum
The first CER Research Forum of the autumn focused on sustainable working life, an issue that is relevant to all companies and organisations in the CER network.
The forum opened with Anders Nilsson from Zmartrest AB, who presented how artificial intelligence (AI) could contribute to a more sustainable working life. He discussed how AI-based tools could help employees achieve a better balance between workload, focus and recovery.
Around 25 participants attended the forum and were invited to reflect on and discuss the opportunities presented.
If there is sufficient interest within the CER network, the next step is to seek funding for a research project entitled Sustainable Labour in Västernorrland. The proposed project would follow working groups over a six-month period and explore how AI-based tools, combined with follow-up initiatives, could strengthen employee well-being and contribute to more sustainable workplaces.
