CER to Host International Symposium on "Digital Banking and Finance"
CER, in collaboration with the Economic Research Foundation in Sundsvall, invitates international researchers and national practitioners to the "CER FinTech Symposium" scheduled in Sundsvall on June 3-4, 2024.
This symposium is also organized in partnership with EM Normandie Business School, France, and the Academy of Financial Services, USA. The organizing committee comprises Peter Öhman and Mustafa Nourallah from CER, Professor Sabri Boubaker from EM Normandie Business School, and Associate Professor Izidin El Kalak from Cardiff University, UK. Distinguished keynote speakers include Professor Arman Eshraghi from Cardiff University and Dr. Sofia Johan from Florida Atlantic University in the USA.
Selected articles presented at the symposium will undergo a rigorous review process for potential publication in the prestigious journal: Financial Services Review. The thematic focus for this edition, guest-edited by Peter Öhman, Mustafa Nourallah, and Izidin El Kalak, is "Navigating Contemporary FinTech Solutions: Revealing Potential and Challenges." Additionally, articles presented at the Sundsvall symposium will be eligible for submission for potential publication in the esteemed journals: International Review of Economics & Finance and Journal of International Financial Management & Accounting.
