Background

I am a researcher by training and an educator by passion with a PhD in Business Administration. I have spent the last seven years at the Centre for Research on Economic Relations (CER) at Mid Sweden University where I worked on a Ph.D. project. During this time, I also taught various finance and business courses, visited leading international universities.

Research

I am enthusiastic to collaborate with other researchers to increase our shared knowledge about financial behavior, the use of financial technology solutions, and how to use these solutions to enhance households personal finance. I have built an interdisciplinary research background through utilizing theories from finance, information technology, and cognitive sciences. Throughout my previous work experience, I have utilized several software programs, including R programming language, Stata, and LISREL.

Currently, I am working on digital banking and finance research project. The project focuses mainly on digital banking and finance in Sweden, but also considers other European and Asian countries.
