The motivation for the award states, among other things, that Jimmy has been one of the driving forces behind CER's development of lifelong learning as a focus area, both in terms of research and in terms of competence and development for the benefit of regional development. The conducted studies indicate that enhancing employees' competencies should be viewed as a strategic issue for all organizations. The research is considered to have significant future potential, especially for the banking industry, which is facing significant changes due to digitalization and changing regulations.
